It's Time to Put Some Spring in our Steps

​““It's spring fever. That is what the name of it is. And when you've got it, you want—oh, you don't quite know what it is you do want, but it just fairly makes your heart ache, you want it so!”

It’s springtime…. Have you been feeling its power? Don't you want to try something new, something different?

Or are you still stuck in your dreary, underground winter funk; hibernating in your worn-out winter armchair, wasting your precious life, and waiting for some motivation to burrow in through the boob tube?


Are you still just wishing and hoping and praying for a new and improved brain, better hair, nicer skin, less wrinkles....a surge of energy?

What do you want to see bloom in your life? Is there something that is calling you to action, a change you want to make, a goal you would like to achieve, a bad habit that needs to be pruned, or a challenge that you want to take on?

Is there something that keeps gnawing and nipping away at your motivation like an annoying garden pest? Is it your weight, eating habits, exercise routine, finances, home, health, career, or your generally, dark, heavy, sucky attitude?  Then it's time to light a match under our mojo and put some Spring in our steps! 

Think about it…. We, like nature, are living in the season of rebirth and fresh starts. Change is wafting through the air.

​So, dig up the decay, turn over the soil, and plant fresh seeds of hope, fertilize your dreams, and set some new goals for the season.

What is it you want to see grow in your life?

​I feel a challenge coming on.
