May I Please Have Some More Water?

You might be thinking that having a discussion of drinking more water seems a big unexciting, and not at all sexy.

​We have all heard we should be drinking six 8-ounce glasses of water a day, right? We know that.  And we know water is good for us; but do we really think about water as magic? 

What better way to begin a journey to healthier living then looking into the research about water, the foundation of good health.  

Here’s just a few perks on the benefits of drinking plenty of water.

2.  Remedy for Headache
3.  Look Younger with Healthier Skin
4.  Better Productivity at Work
5.  Gives you more energy
6.  Helps in Digestion and Constipation
7.  Less Cramps and Sprains

So, my friends…here is your 30-day water challenge: 
Step 1: Awareness. Take a few days to measure how much water you currently drink.  Also be aware of your current level of energy. 
Step 2: Research: Do your research to be convinced of the importance of water?
Step 3: Decide to do it:  Set your goal.  Example: “I will drink 50 ounces of water each day.”
Step 4: Declare your intention to someone who will support you and hold you accountable.
Step 5: Take action.
Step 6: Celebrate your success! 
               
The time to get healthier is now.  So, let’s begin with a little magic!
